A product mind shaped by public service and consumer scale.

I’m a senior product manager based in Singapore. My career started inside Open Government Products, where I learned that good infrastructure is invisible — it just lets people get on with their lives. Over four years there I helped build the tools that quietly run the country.

Today I’m at Circles.Life, leading retention and support automation for a consumer telco. The medium is different, but the question is the same: where is friction, and how do we remove it without removing the human?

I believe in shipping early, listening hard, and choosing the boring solution when it serves the user better. I think in systems and write in plain language.

Senior Product Manager

Lead retention, churn and NPS initiatives for a consumer telco. Shipped an automated waiver flow and support chatbot that cut tickets 30%, lifted resolution speed 4×, and reduced average tickets per subscriber 20%. Drove CRM and Clevertap integration powering targeted lifecycle messaging.

Senior Product Manager

Launched Sync, the COVID test reporting app for 30,000 drivers, in three weeks. Drove 10× id.gov.sg adoption through Sync authentication. Led Postman strategy, integrating ICA APIs to deliver 70M+ secure messages across the public sector.
